ACCOMMODATION
TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL ACCOMODATION, you can choose the hotel of your preference or use one of the following options:
Option 1: Participants can book any hotel of their preference on the dedicated online booking platform that the partner agency ATI created for the upcoming OIE General Session:

Option 3: By directly contacting one of the hotels listed below proposing a special room rate for the OIE. Please be informed that the hotels listed below are close to the OIE Headquartes:
Please contact directly the hotel of your choice to make your reservation and do not forget to indicate that you are attending the “OIE General Session” to obtain the rate indicated below. Since May is high season for tourism in Paris and the number of rooms available is limited, we strongly recommend to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible.

1- Countries whose citizens do NOT need a visa to enter in France;
2- Countries whose citizens require a visa to enter in France and DO NOT have a Consular representation in their country;
3- Countries whose citizens need a visa to enter in France, that have a French Embassy or Consulate representation in its Territory.
IMPORTANT: – In all cases participants must have a passport with at least six month validity.
– The information provided below is for informational purposes, please check its validity before your trip.
NB: The participation at a conference is considered as a tourism purpose.
1. Countries whose citizens do NOT require a visa to enter in France. Passport holders from countries listed hereafter are not required to obtain a visa when entering in France for tourism purposes for a period not exceeding 90 days on each visit.

If your country is NOT included in the lists indicated above, you shall contact the local Embassy or consular representation and start the visa application process as soon as possible.
